I just finished watching the replay of this and wanted to say thank you for making it available! Great session

I would like to know how to get honest feedback from my group. The organizers are on the same page but I also want to meet the needs of people who may want to do different things. I was thinking about a questionnaire:

1. What do you like about our group?

2. What would you like us to do next year?

3. What is something we can do 10% better?

Would love feedback

Other ideas:

1. What keeps you coming back to the group? (Like what is motivating them to come.)

2. What do you least like about the group? (Looking for pain points to possibly change.)

Webinar idea:

I would love some group help around people who can be uncomfortable in groups but can benefit from them greatly. I’m thinking neurodivergent people, shy and introvert people, and others.

Thank you for posting the replay, I so enjoyed it and love the quadrant tool. So many insights already.

I second this...

I'm nuerodiverse (have sensory overload issues) and am introverted.

For in-person events -> I really think about sound. For example, are there non-noisy parts of the space where people can be? Is there background music to soften if someone shrieks or yells.

For virtual events -> The one thing that really bothers me is that people assume being on camera is the best. For me and other nuerodiverse folks I've talked wtih, being on camera is difficult and challenging. It's way too much data, distracting, and impacts my concentration. I wish people didn't default on a norm and actually think through the implications more.

For Introverts -> Introversion and extroversion is where people recharge their energy and sometimes people mistake being an introvert with being shy, which is not necessarily true. For introverts, because they think deeply about things and are very intentional -> they would be great at coming up with and asking a "magic question."

Is there a place to get a copy or handout of the slide of the 4 quadrants?

Fabulous 1st zoom teaching points with the quad! 👏

Webinar ideas mentioned I’m interested in:

1. Exiting well (linked with feeling of failure/loss)

2. Power (loss of, when sharing an agenda - pros & cons) 😃💛
