I listened to this episode on my way to work yesterday for all day offsite with my team. We kicked off with an exercise where we each took a turn sharing something personal happening in our lives. Everyone’s was a unique look under the hood of another person, but each had one thing in common - we were all craving more community in our lives. It was a theme I honed in on, I think, in light of the episode. I shared some of your ideas from the podcast and sent it to the group at the end of the day. It prompted a really wonderful discussion that felt deep and connecting in a new way for our team.
Hands down the most meaningful & inspiring pod I’ve listened to in 2026.
Loved the interview!
SO GOOD. I loved the stories. The Black Thought Project brought tears to my eyes. Your new book sounds very interesting and very timely!!
This was an amazing episode, I’m going to send it to everyone I know!!
